Stellar's expertise is in reforming solid particles. Extensive capabilities for either particle enlargement or reduction are accomplished in an integrated production system.

Blending & Sizing
Stellar has a variety of ribbon, paddle, V, dual cone, and continuous blenders with the capacity to handle small to large projects. Blend weight accuracy is increased with blenders mounted on load cells, loss in weight feeders and process control panels. Desired particle size distribution is achieved using top of the line equipment, with over and undersized material recycled for reprocessing.

Granulation
Our dry granulation process allows for our customers to choose particle size range. Flow properties and bulk density are controlled using granulation size, which are pivotal factors in storage and transportation, as well as solution and dispersion rates.
Compaction/Briquetting
Stellar's proficiency in chemical compaction and chemical briquetting is reflected in the fine quality of our work. Stellar's fully integrated 50, 75, and 150-ton compaction systems enable us to produce high value-added granules or briquettes completely packaged for use in a variety of industrial markets.
